Design idea – I’m a little bit country
Except for the music part, my wife and I like country accents around our home. My parents grew up in a small town in the “country.” It was pretty simple back then. My paternal grandfather was a blacksmith and my grandmother baked the freshest and tastiest “light” bread in the world.
My maternal grandparents operated the Senate theater. Grandmom sold tickets and ran concessions while granddad operated the projectors. As a young boy it all looked simple – at least to me anyway.
Perhaps that’s why I like simple spaces – like the one shown below. A simple design with seasonal elements along with the added touch of my artwork – Invitation makes for a well balanced space.
